Goodwin Lux Property is a construction, housing, and building-supply business. We started from a simple observation: most delays and surprises on a project happen in the gaps between a builder and a supplier.
So we do both. The team that builds your home is the team that sources the materials, which means one party is accountable for the schedule, the pricing, and the result.
We work with homeowners planning a new build or renovation, investors and landlords developing or upgrading housing, and contractors and small builders who need materials they can depend on.
